Welcome to School Uniform Direct of London. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our returns policy below, which applies to purchases made through our online store.

 1. General Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 28 days of the purchase date for a full refund. This period is extended to 60 days during our "Back to School" period in July and August.
  • Condition: All returned items must be unused, in brand new condition, with original tags attached, and accompanied by a valid receipt.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Return Options:
    • In-Store Returns: You may return items to any of our physical store locations
    • Postal Returns: If you choose to return items by post, the shipping cost will be at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.
  1. Faulty Items
  • Eligibility: Faulty items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 100 days of the purchase date.
  • Inspection: Returned items will undergo an inspection. Please note that only manufacturing defects will be considered as faults. Damage due to fair wear and tear, misuse, or improper care will not be accepted as faulty.
  • Refund/Exchange: If an item is confirmed to be faulty, you will be eligible for a full refund or an exchange of the same item, subject to availability.
  1. Exchanges
  • Eligibility: Unused items can be exchanged for any other product within 28 days of purchase, extended to 60 days during the "Back to School" period (July and August).
  • Condition: All items must be in brand new, resellable condition with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Cost Difference: If the exchanged item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid. If the new item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded to you.
  • In-Store & Postal Exchange: Exchanges can be done in-store. If by post, please note that the shipping cost will be your responsibility.
  1. Unlimited Size Exchanges
  • Eligibility: We offer unlimited exchanges for the next size up or down of the same garment, as long as the item is still part of the school's uniform and is currently sold by School Uniform Direct of London.
  • Condition: The garment must be in brand new condition with original tags and packaging intact.
  • In-Store & Postal Exchange: You can exchange the size in-store or by post. Please note that for postal exchanges, the shipping cost will be at your expense.
  • Availability: Size exchanges are subject to the item being in stock (and sold by School Uniform Direct of London) and still part of the school's current uniform range. Discontinued products cannot be exchanged.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Special Orders: No returns or exchanges are accepted for special orders, custom-made, or tailored items.
  • Non-Resellable Condition: Items not in resellable condition, including garments that are not packaged as new (e.g., unfolded shirts or blouses), will incur a mandatory 50% restocking fee.
  1. Important Information
  • Receipts:A valid receipt is required for all returns, exchanges, and faulty item claims.
  • Restocking Fee: Please be aware that a 50% restocking fee applies to any garments returned in a condition that is not deemed resellable.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 days for your return or exchange to be processed once received.
